Name History: When I first started playing FPS games it was on a network playing Duke Nukem in the late 90's that only ran on the intranet at work and supported only eight nodes. We used to come back to work in the evenings around 7 and bring pizza and sodas and play for a couple hours. All eight nodes would be full and sometimes someone waiting for their turn. My name for Duke Nukem was ? (I'm tryin to remember!). After leaving that company I didn't know anyone that still gamed, so I then went to Quake and used 'San Diego Psycho' as my game name to play online. Quake started getting frustrating because guys would have hacks in that I couldn't figure out how to install on my machine (like Spiderman type webs). When I started playing Halo a year or two ago I was using 'Your Momma' because I liked the way it said 'killed by Your Momma' when I got someone. Unfortunately a large number of players also liked my name and when I would enter a game guys would say' hey remember me? We were just talking earlier' when I hadn't played that day. Thats when I gravitated back to my Duke Nukem days and took his name as my game name figuring it would be less popular and more unique to distinguish me from anyone else. 'DNukem' was all that I could get to fit in the name if I included the OTH prefix (the most important part!!).
